Bryan Williams | Strength & Conditioning Coach
On behalf of the Strength & Conditioning Program I would like to extend my appreciation for the opportunity to train all STVM students. It is my obligation to make sure every student-athlete and non-athlete gets the best training and obtains the best knowledge about their body and their sport. I train them as if they are my own kids. I care about each program with my full heart and give all of the students of STVM my best. The ultimate goal is to train the mind and build the body! My first year was amazing and I look forward to a year two. Go Irish!!
